What's Your Ethnicity?

I read this on a website today, so I decided to share this bit of information to see what you thought about it. I'd gotten to the portion of where it asks for your ethnicity on an application. You just needed select an option since they already had pre-filled choices.

Hispanic/Latino
Asian
Black
Other (Please Explain)

The first thing that came to mind for me was that someone didn't know what to call "black" people. Everyone else had literal names and then you just get to..."black".
